IT IS DANGEROUS TO TAKE COUNSEL FROM THOSE WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE WAYS OF ORÍ

Many are not enjoying life because they have given “Ọ̀gbẹ̀rì” (The unenlightened ones) the right to direct their life. Some even understand that, their ORÍ have good plans for them, yet they chose to give “Ọ̀gbẹ̀rì” the rights to order their steps for them.

In ÌROSÙN MÉJÌ(The fifth chapter of IFÁ), IFÁ made us understand how ORÍ told AKÈRÈGBÈ(the palm wine calabash) to go to the Forest of the irunmole to receive his blessings. The “Ọ̀gbẹ̀rì” tried to discourage him, he went to consult with IFÁ and he was advised to offer ẹbo in order for everything to work well.

The “Ọ̀gbẹ̀rì” told Akèrègbè that: No one goes into the forest of the irunmole and gets out safe. But because Akèrègbè already knew the plans of his ORÍ, he refused to listen to Nay Sayers. Akèrègbè eventually went to the forest of the irunmole, and the irunmole blessed him. One of the things that is causing setback for many, is the fact that, they are taking counsel from those who do not understand the ways of ORÍ/OLODUMARE.If Akèrègbè had listened to the Nay Sayers, he would have missed his IRE(blessings).

We are entering into a new year, the only person that will allow the COUNSEL OF ORÍ to stand is YOU. If you keep taking counsel from the Ọ̀gbẹ̀rìs, your whole life will be wasted. Allow the counsel of your ORÍ to stand. This is the only thing you owe yourself and others. Be like AKÈRÈGBÈ!
