IFÁ says, your Desires won’t Manifest if you love to sleep a lot. What does sleep means in this context? It means laziness.
When your Orí gives you tools that you will use to realize your desires, if you are lazy to put them into work, such desires will never turn into a reality. Let’s borrow the wisdom in the first law of motion to analyze this topic. Here it says: “An object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant speed, unless it is acted upon by an external force” What is this teaching us? It means, our Desires will continue to be in the place of rest (in our imagination) until we take measures to make it a reality.
This is why IFÁ says, excess sleep will make you loose your blessings. Let’s hear what IFÁ says about this in OGBÈ ÌROSÙN aka OGBÈMÁSÙN(the 20th chapter of IFÁ), it says:
Òrúnmìlà said: Ogbè wake up! do not sleep I said: Ogbè is not sleeping, he is only relaxing Òrúnmìlà replied: it was excessive sleepiness and excessive relaxation that made Alárá missed his blessings Òrúnmìlà said: Ogbè stop sleeping! Wake up! I said: Ogbè is not sleeping, he is only relaxing Òrúnmìlà replied: it was excessive sleepiness and relaxation that made Ajerò missed all his blessings Òrúnmìlà said: Ogbè stop sleeping, wake up! I said: Ogbè is not sleeping but relaxing Òrúnmìlà replied: it was excessive sleepiness and relaxation that made Owá Òràngún àga missed all his blessings Is it the same lifestyle you “My Akapo”(devotee) wants to adopt?
Wake up quickly! Stop sleeping! Are you not aware that too much sleep will make you miss all the goodness of life? If you desire Ire(Goodness), IRE will come if you don’t sleep! ~OGBÈ ÌROSÙN by Oluwo Akomolafe Wande OlomiWhat the above wisdom is teaching us is: As long as we are not lazy, every of our desires will come into reality.
Do not sleep on your purpose. Stay focused and dedicated to your plans, this way you will enjoy life. Let’s also learn from the second law of motion, it says: ” the rate of change of momentum of an object is directly proportional to the force applied” what is this teaching us? It means, for our Desires to Manifest, it depends on how much work we put In. IFÁ says: “Ifánlá ni a fí ń gba Ifánlá” ~~Ofun méjì
Translation “It is big IFÁ that one will use to collect another big IFÁ” What is big IFÁ in this context? Big ifa means “BIG FOCUS AND DEDICATION”. Without focus and dedication, you can’t realize your desires.
Ogbè Don’t Sleep!!!
This is highly inspiring.
